National Corporate company seeks a person who is passionate about financial management, with an eye for detail
Must be technically up to date with IFRS, have sound knowledge of Taxation and the Companies Act, and demonstrate expert knowledge on consolidations
Adapt to fast changing environments
Must be skilled communicators, both verbal and written at all levels
Demonstrate sound business skills
Demonstrate the ability to carry out various ad hoc duties as required from time to time
Will be responsible for reporting relating to the Offshore and South African properties, including consolidation, financial reporting and commentary, finance systems management, maintenance and upgrades
Comply with and contribute to standardisation of procedures
Contribute to benchmarking and accounting policies, and provide technical input and assistance (emerging issues re IFRS, Tax and Companies Act etc.)
Contribute to inputs on budgets
Essential pre-requisites:
Qualified CA (SA) or B. Comm Honours (completed articles) with 0-1 years post-article experience.
