Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following:

Perform regular and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

Use ERP production management programs to manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and etc.

Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for production equipment issues.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures and recurring issues.

Ensure all maintenance activities meet internal quality standards and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, line efficiency, and workflow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support training for new equipment and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 1 year of experience or 6+ months of experience in automotive manufacturing company and ERP production management program experience
