As we grow, we're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources Department.
Position Overview
The Entry-Level HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting staff and ensuring HR functions are carried out smoothly and compliantly. This includes onboarding, recordkeeping, benefits support, and employee communications. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
· Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
· Support staff with basic HR questions regarding policies and procedures
· Track trainings, credentials, and performance evaluations
· Help coordinate job postings and schedule candidate interviews
· Assist with benefits enrollment and employee changes
· Ensure forms and documentation meet compliance requirements
· Support other HR-related projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous office, HR, or customer service experience preferred but not required
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Comfortable handling confidential information
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
· Interest in learning and growing within the HR field
