Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Warton (4 days minimum on site)

Salary: 47,683.00+

Referral Scheme Bonus: £1000

Grade: E

What you’ll be doing

Partnering with Leadership teams within business area

Working with supervision, supporting the development of people and organisation requirements underpinning the IBP, with a view to enabling business outcomes.

Working with Centres of Expertise (CoE) and the wider HR model to integrate solutions and evaluate suitability to business area. Providing advice, guidance and coaching to line managers in the implementation of solutions developed.

Embedding best practice, policies, frameworks, governance, education and supporting tools across business area

Supporting the analysis of line of business or sector people data and feeding into the CoE, to benchmark and to implement short and long term solutions that improve performance, demonstrating value add

Driving engagement with critical HR processes, with the support of business tools e.g. Success Factors, and positing (shares) communications, developed by the CoEs, with the business to enable people activities

Coaching supervisors and line mangers in the implementation of People policies, processes and procedures when dealing with people matters.

Your skills and experiences

Adapt working style to effectively Partner with key stakeholders across various levels of the organisation

Analyse and collate data from a number of sources in order to develop insight or support business decisions

Support Senior Advisors and Managers with queries relating to employment terms and conditions, Company policies

Support the requirements of internal / external quality monitoring and compliance standards

Influence key stakeholder in the development and delivery of HR priorities

Apply a strong focus on continuous improvement for how the process can be made more efficient and effective

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team supporting over 2,500 employees. This primarily includes engineers, alongside project management and design capability.

As the HR Associate, you’ll work closely with leaders across design and development functions, providing strategic coaching and partnering to drive organisational effectiveness. You’ll play a key role in spotting trends, shaping people strategies, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the team as they deliver world-class engineering outcomes.
