The Role
The responsibilities of this role include performing payment review services for both the Operating Entity and the wider Group, as well as providing general administrative support to the Milton Keynes Finance team. Our focus is on guaranteeing that tasks are carried out accurately, promptly, and in strict accordance with company policies.
What You’ll Do
Perform account payment processes according to established protocols
Resolve account queries promptly and expertly
Maintain accurate records and ensure daily filing and scanning is completed
Produce and manage documents as the need arises
Redirect queries appropriately within the team
Supervise and report on Business Unit issues
Back up and bolster allocated projects
Share pertinent management details with senior collaborators
Stay informed of regulatory and legal changes affecting the role
Respond to urgent issues as they arise
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
Complete all required regulatory training and maintain competence in the role

We are in search of a meticulous and detailed individual who excels in a multifaceted and driven atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a focus on customer happiness with a proven professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills written and verbal.
An effective great teammate who is self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Equipped with a problem-solving approach
Willing to undertake and demonstrate competence in technical training
Holding GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above
