The Role

Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company’s construction material production lines (such as cement, gypsum, steel structures, and precast components).

This is a core management-level position that requires comprehensive skills in production planning, equipment maintenance, quality control, and team management to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop production plans and capacity targets to ensure timely delivery.

Manage production line operations and equipment maintenance.

Supervise production quality and process flow to ensure compliance with standards.

Control raw material usage, energy consumption, and production costs.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure raw material supply.

Analyze production data and continuously improve processes.

Manage and train production team members.

Ensure production safety and environmental compliance.
