We are looking to fill 2 separate Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) roles - both on a Part-Time basis (15-20 hours/wk) with Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC.

Position 1:

Medication Management & Spravato: This part-time (15-20hrs) position's focus will be to prescribe both Psychiatric medications and prescribe, administer and monitor Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) to clients. This position would be based in Manchester and allows for flexible hybrid scheduling over 2-3 days, with 2 days in the office for Spravato treatments. They will have training or at least some knowledge in Spravato.

Position 2:

Ketamine Therapy (intramuscular and sublingual administration): This part-time (15-20hrs) position's focus will be to prescribe, administer, and monitor Ketamine to clients on-site. This position may require travel between Manchester and Hampton Falls locations. We pair our Ketamine treatment with trained therapists in the practice for deeper therapeutic integration work. Knowledge of and/or training in Ketamine preferred. In-house training/shadowing available to new provider during the month of November during transition into the role. Participation in co-facilitation at our multi-day Ketamine wellness retreat a couple of times a year. Interest in working with additional psychedelics for mental health treatment as they are legalized in the future.

An ideal candidate for both roles would have an interest in alternative & integrative healing. We are looking for a providers that think "outside the box" and can work collaboratively with the rest of our team.

Both positions are W2-based and an FFS commission role. Both positions may have the opportunity to shift into additional hours or a full-time role in the future.

$80 - $140 hourlyResponsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients

Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including ongoing monitoring of efficacy and side effects of Spravato or Ketamine

Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about medication/Spravato/Ketamine options, risks, benefits, and alternatives

Offer guidance and support to clients choosing not to engage in medication management

Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated, coordinated care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Monitor for medication interactions, adherence, and client progress

Participate in case consultations, clinical team meetings, and staff collaboration

Respond to urgent client needs (NO on-call hours), medication refill requests, and treatment updates as appropriate

Stay current on best practices, emerging medications, and continuing education in psychiatry

Document accurately and in compliance with all state/federal regulations

Work with stakeholders on the development of additional programs/ services in the future as needed

Participate in promotion and marketing to help increase own client base (referrals through practice as well)Qualifications:

Education & Experience for Both Roles

You are a psychiatric nurse practitioner/PMHNP, board-licensed, in good standing in NH

Comfortable and experienced in prescribing for children (ages 10+) through adults

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

Experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred

Technologically capable of managing in TherapyNotes EMR

Certified in BLS/CPR

You have your DEA registration in NH

1+ years of experience prescribing medications

You hold your own Malpractice Insurance

Maintain your own PsychologyToday profile
