Title:Project Coordinator

Be the Backbone of Project Delivery!

KBR is delivering a major defence infrastructure project in South Australia, and we’re looking for 2 x Project Coordinators to join our Adelaide team. Whether you're an engineer ready to step into project delivery, or someone with solid experience who thrives in structured, behind-the-scenes roles — this opportunity is about making things happen.

We’re after people who know how to keep momentum going. You’re the kind of person who sees what needs doing and gets it done. You’ll be central to keeping the project on track, working closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing deliverables lists and tracking documentation via 3rd party and internal document management systems.

Chasing down signatures and approvals to keep workflows moving.

Organising team meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on actions.

Logging and maintaining information registers.

Supporting contract administration and subcontractor coordination.

Assisting with the development of monthly reporting, ready for executive review.

Collaborating with project controls and engineering teams to track progress.

Supporting quality assurance reviews and ensuring actions are followed through.

Who You Are:

Engineers with 3+ years’ experience looking to broaden into project management.

Experienced professionals who enjoy structured coordination and delivery roles.

People who thrive in a support-focused environment and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, engineering delivery, or similar roles.

Familiarity with Aconex or similar document control systems.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Candidates must hold Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Defence clearance essential.
