Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated Female Warden to manage our hostel and drive new business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to market the hostel effectively to ensure high occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring it remains clean, secure, and welcoming.

· Provide support and assistance to residents, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain high occupancy rates.

· Conduct tours for potential residents, showcasing the hostel's amenities and benefits.

· Handle administrative duties, including maintaining records of occupancy, payments, and resident information.

· Organize events and activities for residents.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols.

· Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the hostel.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

· 5 to 8 years of experience in hostel management, hospitality, or a related field.

· Strong marketing and sales skills with a proven track record of successfully attracting clients.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

· A warm, approachable demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility.

· Proficiency in using computer software for management and marketing purposes.
