Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. You'll be integral to expanding our affiliate network, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth across all our markets. This is your chance to shape our global affiliate strategy as we expand into new territories.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners, helping them grow while driving HeyMax's growth

Affiliate Strategy

Own the affiliate business roadmap at HeyMaxdrive growth through current partners and onboard new ones to expand our revenue streams

Program Optimization

Regularly review and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum ROI, conversion rates, and revenue generation

Performance & Reporting

Monitor affiliate performance, provide regular reports to stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities

Campaign Management

Develop, launch, and monitor affiliate campaigns including promotional strategies, content partnerships, and special offers

Strategy & Planning

Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to set affiliate strategy, goals, and KPIs that align with business objectives

Market Intelligence

Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our program competitive

Budget Management

Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize results

Who Were Looking For

3+ years in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing (travel, e-commerce, or tech experience preferred)

Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate networks and partnerships

Excellent communication skills: you build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and drive performance

Team player with strong collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and deliver for affiliate partners

Self-starter who takes ownership, prioritizes well, and thrives in fast-paced environments

Curious about AI tools and automation to boost productivity and outcomes

Digital marketing knowledge across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing is a big plus
