Senior Care Assistant

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced, compassionate senior care professionals to join the team at Athorpe Lodge Nursing Home, providing outstanding care and support for residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality person-centred care

Support residents with daily living, dignity and respect

Accurately complete care records and follow care plans

Work collaboratively with colleagues and families

lead shifts, administer medication and mentor junior staff

About You

Minimum 1 year’s recent UK Senior carer experience (essential)

Up-to-date Mandatory Training (or willing to refresh Cura can assist)

DBS on the Update Service (or Cura can help you obtain one)

Caring, reliable and a good communicator

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
