We are looking for a highly capable IT Specialist to provide technical assistance to our employees.
The IT Specialists will provide our organization with Information Technology support to optimize
operational efficiency. Their duties include resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware,
software and network installations, ensuring optimal use of our hardware, software and network
technologies, enhancing network and system performance, securing data, and improving all
companys IT Systems. They may also be required to provide IT support to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installs Computer Systems, software, and other IT related equipment
Configurations, settings and permissions to fix Network and Computer issues
Maintenance of Computer Systems, Network Connectivity and other IT related equipment
Logging, processing and updating of IT Requests Tickets from employees
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with Computer Systems
Answering employee questions regarding IT Systems
Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
Requirements:
Degree in B.S. in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or
similar courses.
At least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support or Helpdesk Specialist
Knowledge of Network and System Administration would be an advantage
Knowledge of Security System operation and maintenance would be an advantage
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
Proficiency in IT helpdesk software
Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
Any IT Certification (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) would be an advantage
Willing to report to our Parañaque.
