Position: Accounting, General Affairs & HR Manager / Assistant Manager
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
Responsibilities
Perform bookkeeping services and manage accounting records using Xero software.
Handle month-end and year-end account closing procedures.
Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage general office administration, including equipment management, ordering supplies, and document filing.
Administer various company insurance policies.
Assist with human resources functions, including coordinating recruitment arrangements.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience is required.
Previous working experience in logistic industry
Hands-on experience in Xero software is a big advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and proficiency with data input into business systems.
Good command in Japanese (N2 or above), English and Mandarin . Native Cantonese
