Position Overview

The Videographer at Meratus Group is a key creative role responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality, compelling video content that visually communicates the company's brand, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging videos for various platforms, primarily focusing on showcasing Meratus' integrated logistics solutions, maritime operations, technological innovations, corporate culture, and sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for a wide range of purposes including promotional videos, internal communications, training videos, event documentation, social media content, and corporate branding.

Handle all aspects of the video production process including scripting support, storyboarding, location scouting, lighting, sound, and post-production editing.

Operate various camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional production quality.

Creative Development and Production

Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and other Department to understand video content needs and translate them into compelling stories.

Develop concepts and visual narratives aligned with company goals, values and brand guidelines.

Edit raw footage into polished final products with graphics, text overlays, color correction, sound mixing, and transitions.

Ensure final outputs are optimized for various platforms and accessible in appropriate formats.

Asset Management

Maintain and manage the company's digital design assets.

Corporate Culture and Compliance

Participates in building a culture-aligned environment by integrating core values into daily actions and team collaboration.

Keep updated with Companys Policy, Process, Procedures (P3W) especially in Payment and ensure all actions are compliant.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Cinematography, Media Production, or a related creative field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Videographer or Video Editor, preferably within a large corporate environment, logistics, manufacturing, or heavy industry sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to direct on-screen talent (employees, executives) and collaborate effectively with the Corporate Communication and Marketing teams.

A creative mindset with a strong ability to translate complex business information (maritime, logistics, technology) into clear, concise, and engaging visual narratives.

Advanced proficiency in non-linear editing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) for post-production, motion graphics, and sound design.
