Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager role builds and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators and tour operators to promote ticket sales and services in the Argentinian market.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing CRM tool to document sales activities.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs with travel partners to maximize mutual benefits.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and provide market insights internally.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.Conducting presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize clients with airline offerings and booking tools.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales support, revenue management and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Minimum requirements
Experience in sales in the tourism or airline industry required
Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in Spanish and English
