Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a monthly content strategy and calendar aligned with the CEOs personal brand and goals.
Create, schedule, and publish approved content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Truth Social, etc.
Create and present a monthly content calendar for review and approval.
Maintain active posting and ensure alignment with the CEOs professional tone and voice.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; flag high-priority items requiring the CEOs attention.
Recommend opportunities for audience engagement, including interactions with industry leaders and communities.
Provide monthly analytics reports on follower growth, engagement, reach, and impressions, with actionable recommendations.
Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or personal brand strategy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate directly with executives.
Creative and proactive approach to building engagement and community.
Experience bringing brand and product objectives to life with creative ad copy.
