Position Overview : This role ensures that workshop operations, fleet management, and crew management processes are standardized, efficient, compliant, and aligned with MTM Group strategy.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain BPM framework, standards, and policies across MWK, MSM, and MCT
Conduct end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering for
MWK: Ship repair, conversion, and technical workshop operations.
MSM: Fleet maintenance, docking, and technical management.
MCT: Recruitment, certification, deployment, and crew welfare.
Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to reduce turnaround time, minimize waste, and enhance service quality

Oversee BPM-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved
Integrate digital solutions (ERP, workflow automation, RPA) to support workshop, fleet, and crew operations
Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor workshop efficiency, vessel uptime, and crew readiness
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, MLC 2006, and ISO requirements
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Marine Engineering, Maritime Operations, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years in business process management, operational excellence, or transformation roles
Exposure to at least two of the following: shipyard/workshop operations, fleet management, or crew/manning operations
Professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ISO Auditor) are an advantage
Proficiency in BPM tools (BPMN, Visio, FIGMA)
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and maritime regulations
