Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Project Managers and Business Analysts
Define project methodologies and governance frameworks
Align project delivery with business goals and executive strategy
Oversee CRM loyalty and e-commerce platform projects from discovery to deployment
Manage project portfolio, KPIs, risk, and quality assurance
Collaborate with Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams
Resolve critical project issues and ensure stakeholder alignment
Drive process improvement, automation, and agile adoption
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years in project management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven success in large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in CRM, loyalty platforms, or e-commerce (B2C/B2B) preferred
