Provide assistance, information, and solutions with professionalism and patience.

Collaborate with team members and follow processes to ensure high-quality support.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements

Fluency in French (spoken and written).

Good command of English for internal communication.

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Based in Greece (remote work eligibility).
