Industry: Distributing Consumer Goods (Daily Hygiene Products)
Location: Huaykwang, Bangkok (Near Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link)
Working hours: Monday - Saturday (9:00-18:00 hrs.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall coordination of administrative, human resources management, and logistics support work of the Thailand company.
- Fully in charge of staff recruitment, procedures for employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, and resignation, procurement of office supplies, and application and payment of rent.
- Responsible for the translation of some documents and interpretation work.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative and human resources role, demonstrating proficiency in managing day-to-day administrative and HR operational tasks.
- Proven knowledge of end-to-end HR work processes (e.g., onboarding, record-keeping, performance management, offboarding).
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations of contract management, compensation and salary systems, and state, local, and enterprise-level insurance and benefits programs.
- Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 5 or above required.
