What’s the Role?

As a Senior Study Abroad Student Advisor, you’ll be the face of EF Education First in Turkey!

You’ll guide students and travelers on their journey—from the first inquiry to the moment they return home with unforgettable experiences. You’ll also take an active role in driving sales growth and achieving your targets.

Your Mission

Promote EF’s exciting language and study abroad programs to potential customers via phone, email & in-person meetings.

Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and consultative selling.

Deliver top-notch customer service before, during, and after the trip.

Represent EF at fairs, open days, and info meetings.

Collaborate with a global team of passionate, international colleagues!

What You Bring

University degree

1–2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2C or education-related fields

Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills

A passion for sales, travel, and helping students achieve their dreams

Fluent in Turkish & English (both written and spoken)

Experience abroad (study, work, or travel) is a huge plus!
