Job Title: 1st Shift Stamping Press Operator

Location: Belding, MI

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm (typical)

Job Summary:

Workbox Staffing is hiring for a Stamping Press Operator in Belding, MI! Come work for a local metal fabrication company that specializes in producing high-quality metal parts from scratch for the automotive and furniture industries. In this role, you will operate a variety of machines, including Stamping Press, Brake Press, Drill Tap, and Robotic Welding Machines, while gaining hands-on experience and room for growth.

Responsibilities:

Operate various machines such as Stamping Press, Brake Press, Drill Tap, and Robotic Welding

Work at a moderate to fast pace to meet production goals

Perform quality checks on parts according to customer specifications

Adapt and assist where needed across different machines and tasks

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Perform other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift

Able to lift up to 30-35 lbs as needed

Keen attention to detail and quality

Willingness to learn, listen to instructions, and stay flexible
