HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT OUR AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP:
As our Auto Sales Rep - Accounts Manager, your day will be filled with variety and opportunity to make a direct impact on our dealership's success. You'll manage the front office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day customer relations and handling administrative tasks like processing DMV paperwork, maintaining inventory records, and managing insurance claims. Your role will also involve assisting with customer purchases, reviewing and following up on sales leads, and providing guidance throughout the vehicle buying process. You'll work closely with our sales team to close deals and assist with warranty and repair scheduling. You will be responsible for delinquent accounts that require assigning a repossession order, and tasked with direct contact with delinquent customers. You will also oversee collections for accounts receivable and schedule warranty repairs for customers, coordinating with our service department. Above all, you'll be a key player in upholding dealership policies and ensuring we stay compliant with state regulations. No two days will be the same, and your contributions will directly influence the success of our automotive dealership!
Here's what we need from you:
2 years of automotive dealership experience
5+ years of customer service experience
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and adaptable
Knowledge of finance is strongly preferred, and experience in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership is a plus.
