As the Testing maintenance HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day maintenance activities in the testing center area being HSE frontline. You will partner with the testing operational Leaders, process safety Leader and the testing maintenance team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.
In this role, you will:
Support on Permit to work and interfering risks managing
Supervise critical and high-risk testing maintenance activities
Collaborate with the maintenance cell on the preparation of heat map with related defenses matrix
Support and develop special projects based on process safety
Improve and issue HSE testing maintenance procedures/work instructions
Be responsible on inspection/audit on testing maintenance contractor
Monitor (H&S and E) performance (KPI) of our testing maintenance contractor
Support the Safety Talks deployment and HSE induction
Support on checking the contractor documents and work-flow process for entrance
Support on Investigations and CAPA process
Support management of HSE Concerns and incidents
Be responsible for workshop JSA revision and “Non-Routinary” activities
Be responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor Degree in a technical field from an accredited University (preferrable Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or Technical Diploma with relevant experience
Have relevant knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used international standards
Strong knowledge with HSE operations on Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing)
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to write/read fluently in English
Great experience in HSE operations within the Oil&Gas or Energy Industry
Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills
Desired requirement
Have preferably ASPP qualification
