Mission:
We are looking for a VIE Field Service Engineer VIE based in Salzgitter, Germany. Your mission will be to provide support and services as requested by the Customer. You will have the mandate to represent the company in the field (in front of the customer) by investigating and troubleshooting complex technical problems on OPmobility Battery systems.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure availability and reliability of the product during warranty and services phases
Increasing customer satisfaction by providing high-level services
Play a role in future battery systems design improvement
Perform troubleshooting and investigation of technical problems on customers’ sites
Carry out fault analyses, and participate in root cause analyses
Data collection and sharing the feedback with the design engineering team for continuous product improvement
Perform maintenance (preventive and corrective) of battery systems on customers’ sites
Identify customer needs in terms of services and share them with the team
Commissioning of battery systems
Corrective repair reports and warranty intervention report creation
Profile:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Driver's license
Good level of knowledge of MS Office
Experience in Field Services would be a plus
Excellent English language skills; other languages seen as an asset
Analytical thinking, flexibility, and the ability to act independently and on your own responsibility
Distinct willingness to travel
