Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all business processes run efficiently and effectively. This role includes managing project execution, supervising field teams, optimizing logistics and supply chain activities, and coordinating with senior management to achieve production and operational targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor productivity and performance across departments and implement process improvements.

Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve company goals.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with management to align operational strategies with company objectives.

Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–12 years of experience in operations, construction, logistics, or related sectors.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
