We’re seeking an experienced Lead Refrigeration Technician to join our top-tier team servicing restaurants, commercial kitchens, and foodservice environments. Compensation & Benefits:

$46–$51 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems

Handle walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and related equipment

Manage and lead refrigeration jobs from start to finish

Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team

Mentor and support junior techs as needed

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration service

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

EPA Universal Certification (Required)

Clean driving record

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Leadership mindset and solid communication skills
