Key responsibilities include:
Strategic responsibilities
· Achieve monthly and annual Sales revenue Targets.
· Sales presentations, customer mapping and prospecting.
· Help DSO in payment collections/forms and achieve the targets.
· Manage Sales funnel and Daily reports.
Functional responsibilities –
• Responsible for delivering outstanding Sales results for the Industrial electronics products in the assigned region (OEM
• To follow the business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in assigned geography.
• Retain existing customers and develop new customers by making cold calls, frequent visits and applying other marketing strategies or methods.
• Providing techno-commercial support on timely manner and responsible for entire sales cycle
• To follow the development strategies and develop business in the assigned region and possess ability to close the deals.
• Analyses competitor's Product and marketing moves and gives input to the business team.
• Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
• Reporting to Regional sales manager and performing additional duties as assigned.
Key attributes for success –
· Good commercial acumen-Understand the quotations/ discounts/and its importance and negotiate better.
· Competent in computer operations/ MS Office/ Software Programs-Able to understand and work on ERP and CRM.
· Technical Skills – able to understand market needs, technically map the suitable product to customers, shall have technical skill to evaluate technical needs of customer.
· Should have knowledge of local market & industry trends.

Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory or pan India if required.
