We are seeking a skilled and passionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to K12 students across Ohio. This position includes conducting evaluations, delivering therapy, and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) all in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate is licensed in Ohio and experienced in delivering services to diverse learners.Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual speech-language therapy in accordance with students' IEP goals and service hours.
Conduct virtual assessments and write legally pliant evaluation reports.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and student support team meetings.
Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student munication goals.
Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and service logs.
Ensure pliance with IDEA, FERPA, and Ohio Department of Education regulations.Required Qualifications:
Licensure:
Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Ohio Board of Speech and Hearing Professionals.
Must also hold a Pupil Services License through the Ohio Department of Education.
Certification:
ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) required.
Education:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred.
Prior teletherapy experience is a plus but not required.Skills & petencies:
Knowledge of a wide range of speech and language disorders and evidence-based interventions.
Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage students and manage therapy sessions in a virtual environment.
Proficient with digital tools and platforms used for teletherapy and documentation.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a remote caseload independently.Technology Requirements:
