Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our client. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring electronic products meet stringent functional, electrical, and quality standards before reaching customers. This position involves hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain product reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive electrical and functional tests on finished electronic products using advanced test equipment, fixtures, and software tools.

• Analyze test results, identify anomalies or failures, and escalate concerns for corrective action.

• Perform troubleshooting and re-testing to confirm resolution of identified issues.

• Adhere to established testing procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions to ensure consistent results.

• Maintain detailed records of test results, logs, and quality documentation for internal and external compliance.

• Collaborate closely with Quality, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, and Production teams to address testing or product-related challenges.

• Support the calibration, preventive maintenance, and optimization of testing equipment and processes.

• Ensure all testing activities comply with company standards, ISO 9001/14001 requirements, and relevant safety regulations.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing procedures and product• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in electronics/electrical assembly and testing.

• Proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and automated test systems.

• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation accurately.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or electrical assembly/testing is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings, software manuals, and other technical documents.

• Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Selenium for web browser automation, Zendesk, and manual testing processes.
