Summary:

Operate and maintain CNC waterjet machines to produce precise, high-quality parts.

Work collaboratively with the 2nd shift supervisor to meet production goals and deadlines.

Interpret and follow work orders, blueprints, and job specifications.

Maintain accurate production records, quality logs, and material usage.

Ensure safety and efficiency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC waterjet cutting machines according to specifications.

Select and install correct tooling and materials for each job.

Inspect parts for accuracy and quality during and after production.

Troubleshoot setup and quality issues to maintain consistent performance.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years CNC machine operation experience (waterjet or similar cutting equipment preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent.

CNC or machining certifications are a plus.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity during 2nd shift hours

Ability to pass a drug screen

Ability to pass a background check
