Cardinal Automation Group (AG) is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead our department operations and ensure the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials. This is a hands-on leadership role that supports production goals, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide team members, providing daily direction and performance evaluations.
Coordinate resources and assign tasks to meet shipping, receiving, and inventory deadlines.
Maintain clear communication with staff and management to support production and inventory control.
Train team members on procedures and promote continuous improvement.
Perform shipping and receiving duties, including truck loading/unloading and documentation verification.
Manage DMRs (Discrepant Material Reports) and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations).
Oversee inventory processes including cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
Ensure documentation meets company and regulatory standards.
Use and navigate computerized business systems constantly to manage inventory, shipping, and receiving workflows.
Follow detailed processes within the system and think critically to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Proficiency in shipping/receiving procedures and inventory systems
Strong comfort level with computerized systems and ability to learn new software tools
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow and think through digital workflows
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and make sound decisions
