Assistant Transportation Project Manager

Salary Range: $85K - $100K Permanent Position with Benefits Columbus / Newark, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Assistant Transportation Project Manager to plan and manage Civil Engineering Construction Projects.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience overseeing the following projects: Highway / Roadway improvements, roundabouts, traffic signals, highway lighting, multi-use trails, sidewalks, transportation planning, streetscape, storm sewer systems, and culverts.

Supervise associates by providing ongoing direction specific to project tasks, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Assign work to staff & sub-contractors, monitor project budgets, review invoicing, establish and monitoring quality requirements.

Provide mentorship and manage the performance activities of Staff Members Prepare and submit proposals / contracts, determine project requirements, budget, deliverables, and scope based upon client requirements Follow the company's QA/QC Performance Standards Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
