Job Description
:We are seeking a Senior .NET / C++ Developer with strong WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) expertise to join our Andor Tech team, working on enterprise-scale applications for our premium clients
.The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in .NET C#, WPF, XAML, and C++, with experience in designing and implementing high-performance desktop applications

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using .NET C#, WPF, and C++
Implement and optimize UI components using XAML and MVVM architecture
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Work on multi-threaded applications, data binding, and performance tuning
Integrate applications with SQL Server / Oracle backends and third-party APIs
Use design patterns and best practices for scalable and maintainable code
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging using advanced tools (WinDbg, etc.)
Manage version control using Git / TFS and follow Agile/Scrum practices
Create and maintain technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in .NET C#, C++ development
Strong hands-on expertise in WPF, XAML, MVVM
Solid experience with SQL Server / Oracle and database programming (procedures, triggers, queries)
Experience with third-party UI frameworks (e.g., DevExpress, Telerik) is a plus
Good knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and SDLC
Familiarity with WCF, REST APIs, or gRPC for service communication
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills (WinDbg, Wireshark, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have:
Experience in industrial automation / aerospace / BFSI domain
Exposure to cloud migration or desktop-to-web modernization projects
