Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Full-time, On-site)
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Technical Recruiter with strong experience in India market hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in bulk hiring, social media recruitment, and sourcing through top job portals. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting large-scale client requirements in the IT Services industry (Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across India.
Handle bulk hiring requirements with quick turnaround time.
Source candidates using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn RPS, and other job portals.
Leverage social media recruitment strategies to identify and attract talent.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively.
Build strong talent pipelines for recurring requirements.
Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on India hiring.
Proven track record in bulk hiring for IT services/consulting clients.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social media platforms.
Experience working with service-based clients such as Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
