About the Role
JBS Rockhampton is currently recruiting an enthusiastic HR Officer to join the team in a full-time capacity. As our HR Officer, you’ll play a key part in supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance and helping our employees thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
Providing support for HR policies, procedures and compliance
Coordinate onsite events and development initiatives
Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
About You
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of HR systems and processes advantageous
A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Our verified organic grass-fed beef brands, Acres Organic and Right to Roam, are both packed exclusively at Rockhampton. The plant employs approximately 560 team members with a processing capacity of 700 head of cattle per day, operating 6 days per week.
