Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.

Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and general questions.

Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Record and manage customer interactions, feedback, and issues using internal systems.

Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).

Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first approach.

Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software systems.
