Nurse Case Manager II Cincinnati OH

Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Nurse Case Manager I with a unrestrictive Ohio license

Looking in Cincinnati Region - Hamilton Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Warren

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EST

The anticipated wage for this position is between $42 and $43. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

The case manager utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's benefit plan and/or health needs through communication and available resources to promote optimal, cost effective outcomes

Minimum 3-5 years clinical practical experience preferred

Minimum 2-3 years Care Management, discharge planning and/or home health care coordination experience preferred

Case Management experience required - Position requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively adapt to a fast paced changing environment.

Sedentary work involving periods of sitting, talking, listening.

Work requires sitting for extended periods, talking on the telephone and typing on the computer.

Work requires the ability to perform close inspection of hand written and computer generated documents as well as a PC monitor.

Required Qualifications:

Requires an RN with unrestricted active license

Case Management Certification preferred

Pay Details: $42.00 to $43.00 per hour
