Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble, test and tune subassemblies and electromechanical products
Troubleshooting of subassemblies down to board level
Ability to read assembly prints, procedures and schematics
Work on projects that are complex and require judgement in resolving problems and making recommendations
Complete assembly test reports and documentations complying with Teledyne Quality policy
Comply with and assist in the enforcement of all company safety polities
Document Control as per TDY Q-policy
Ensuring all electronic transactions are appropriately recorded in ERP system
Education and Experience:
2-3 years technical experience in electromechanical products
AA degree or similar, electronics, electrical preferred
Knowledge in the use of basic test equipment, DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supplies, etc.
Successfully pass company provided IPC-J-STD-001 certification
Successfully pass company provided OPC/WHMA-A620, cable & harness assembly cert.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.

Computer Experience required including a working knowledge of MSOffice programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook

Experience in material control using ERP system, preferred

Hard Hats required in designated areas
The use of Safety Glasses and Safety Shoes where required.
