About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will turn data into insights that drive business decisions, improve performance, and support strategic planning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret complex data, design dashboards, and help us make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in data
Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.) to understand data needs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security at all times
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with Python or R is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Knowledge of CRM tools or marketing analytics platforms
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery, Snowflake)
