Functions as the Administrative Coordinator for the Divisions in the Department of Radiology, including research by providing comprehensive administrative support to assigned Divisions and anticipates their professional needs in relationship to their responsibilities; performs a variety of complex and confidential administrative support duties on behalf of the Division Chiefs and Division faculty; effectively anticipates support needs and efficiently prioritizes duties; acts as first contact for all inquiries to Division Chiefs and Division faculty; researches, collects and summarizes data and information requested by division leaders to aid in decision making and strategic planning processes; conveys directives and information from division faculty; takes, types and transcribes meeting minutes; proactively manages Division faculty calendars and scheduling of meetings; independently composes and responds to routine correspondence; assists with recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of Division faculty; monitors compliance of all Division faculty; assists with various administrative functions; assists Division Chiefs with the creation and maintenance of Division schedule, with alignment of leave polices; arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings and processes required forms; prepares travel orders using travel system; prepares financial requests using Workday system; schedules and coordinates speaking engagements; provides support for professional societies: national, regional and local; maintains a complete and up to date CV for all Division faculty; assists with the required aspects of faculty promotion for Division faculty through the Appointment, Promotion and Tenure (AP&T) process; Primary point person for one department-wide initiative such as Quality Reporting, or Radiation Safety; Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
