Qualifications, duties and responsibilities

Driver's license and a clean driving record

A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.

Strong understanding of agricultural equipment, parts, and service offerings

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate preventative maintenance, repair services, and parts solutions

Ability to build relationships with growers and recommend parts and service, inspections and technology solutions

Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Experience with parts identification, quoting, and sales
