Post job vacancies on various job portals, social media platforms, and company websites.
Assist in sourcing candidates through online databases, social networks, and other channels. 2. Application Screening and Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. 3. Scheduling and Coordinating Interviews:
Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview details and follow-ups with candidates. 4. Candidate Communication:
Maintain regular communication with applicants regarding their application status.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. 5. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
Track application statuses and generate reports as needed. 6. Assisting with Onboarding Processes:
Support new hire documentation and onboarding arrangements.
Facilitate communication between new employees and relevant departments. 7.Administrative Support:
Prepare recruitment-related documentation and correspondence.
Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs. 8. Compliance and Confidentiality:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information at all times. 9. Additional Support: -Perform other administrative duties related to recruitment as assigned by the HR team.
