What does it take to succeed in this role?
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
Valid driver's license (specific type may vary by state)
Pass a DOT physical examination
Strong customer service skills and safe driving record
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Willingness to adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear provided uniform
As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you will work 8 to 10 hours each day, with varying shifts possibly from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday based on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal position, ideal for those looking to gain experience with the potential for a permanent role in the future. Permanent full-time drivers can earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including zero healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, paid time off for holidays and sick leave, as well as contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
