Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This is a sales-priority position focused on driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new accounts and bids. In addition to sales, the role encompasses key operational responsibilities to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Proactively identify and pursue new leads with both current customers and potential leads.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and assist with bids.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives. Account Management & Operations

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Collaborate on contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with client requirements.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables, looking for potential issues as they arise.

Provide regular updates and reports to internal team and clients. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project management, preferably in Pipeline, Facilities, and environmental services or remediation.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of environmental regulations, remediation technologies, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
