CSS Project Specialist, Implementations - Projects - Change Management Remote

Full time, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain

The CSS IPCM Project Specialist is accountable for delivering different types of projects involving (but not limited to) customer implementations and changes, as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.

The position's primary role is to deliver projects with a low complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request. Complexity can be the number of countries or the complexity of the customer or product. Complexity is determined by the IPCM Management team when assigning the request based on the information gathered from the vetting.

As a CSS IPCM Project Specialist, you will

Plan projects according to the defined scope

Confirm all necessary resources are assigned per the project scope

Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects

Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)

Facilitate and drive decision-making and escalation concerning the projects assigned

Manage Project risks and maintain project plan updates

About you

Previous experience leading low-complexity projects in travel management operations

You are well versed in CSS processes and procedures, reporting capabilities, and have a good background in CSS systems

You have a good understanding of client reporting requirements and data flows, Agency Operations' end-to-end processes, and resource and peer collaboration across functional teams

Good communication skills (written and oral) in English

Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work under the stress of meeting deadlines

Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers

Experience using Project management software and GDS is a plus

Must be reliable and be flexible with working hours based on the needs of the projects
