Are you a detail-oriented creative with a passion for precision and design? We’re looking for a Home-Based Senior Pre-Production Artist to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll prepare and refine artwork for production—creating mockups, vectorizing logos, and ensuring every proof meets technical specifications and brand standards. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Perform quality control (QC) on proofs and print layouts before production.

Create mockups and customer art proofs based on work order instructions.

Recreate customer artwork from low-quality bitmap images into clean, production-ready vector art.

Adjust artwork to ensure accurate printing according to order templates and product specifications.

Manage and prioritize rushed orders while addressing art-related inquiries from internal staff.

Take customer calls occasionally to clarify artwork requirements or provide updates.

Learn the company’s extensive product line and understand imprint area limitations and printing processes.

Maintain effective communication with supervisors, team members, and customers.

Provide guidance to other production artists and collaborate with outsourced art teams.

Continuously learn and implement new design techniques and production strategies.

Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the Art Manager or Supervisor.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Highly skilled with Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign, or any related editing and design software.

Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts.

Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.

Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 45,000

Industry: Promotional

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
