Key Responsibilities:
Support reserving processes for quarterly and annual regulatory and IFRS17 financial reporting purposes.
Assist with validating key reserving inputs for Group reporting and financial planning.
Prepare and review reserve analyses and reports for various stakeholders.
Engage with Auditors and internal teams on IFRS17 and SAM audit-related matters.
Contribute to ongoing data quality management and reserving methodology improvements.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Degree in Actuarial Science.
Minimum completion of ASSA A1 & A2 Technical exams (or IFoA equivalent).
23 years of experience in non-life insurance, ideally within a reserving environment.
Solid understanding of SAM valuation principles and short-term insurance reserving methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (advanced), SQL, and Power BI; and experience with ResQ advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
