Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement recovery and rehabilitation strategies for secured assets in distressed portfolios.

Lead, guide, and quality-assure the Credit Collections function to meet targets and mitigate risk.

Oversee portfolio analysis, collection, and recovery processes while ensuring that legal, regulatory, and compliance standards are met.

Provide leadership to develop and coach a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance & Accounting, Mathematical Sciences, Risk Management, or Quantitative Studies.

10+ years in banking or financial services, with proven leadership in collections, portfolio analysis, credit risk, or related fields. Familiarity with foreclosure and recovery processes is essential.

Strong financial acumen, risk management, quantitative analysis, workflow management, data compliance, and excellent communication skills. CRM and contact centre experience is an advantage.

Certified Risk Manager (CRM) highly desirable.
