Professional Building Project Manager

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Build Environment or Engineering.

Must be registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager.

Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Built Environment (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture).

Must have experience managing multi-disciplinary building teams.

Must have exposure to airport projects and complex, multi-faceted building developments.

Must be able to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.

Must be able to manage complex engineering infrastructure projects.

SALARY R960,000.00 - R1,200,000.00 P/A
